Overview

The LivePerson and Medallia integration enables frictionless customer experience management by capturing all customer touch points in one central place. For brands currently using Medallia as their CX platform, they can now trigger a Medallia survey after a LivePerson Conversation, right within the same channel the customer is interacting on. Brands can drive up response rates by enabling the survey immediately after the conversation and by creating rules in Medallia to ensure the same customer is not surveyed more than once within a given time span.
